I am off to eat a Bosco Salad at Pizza Express in Ashford this is all paid for by the company I work for. It is so nice to be thanked and appreciated for what you do and relatively rare these days.
Have you ever had Bosco Salad? It is delicious:
Warm garlic mushrooms,
baby mozzarella,
avocado,
roasted tomatoes,
spinach,
rocket,
balsamic syrup, honey & mustard dressing,
warm dough sticks
how good is that?
